I can remember almost 4 years ago when Trey walked into my life. I could not put my finger on it, but something about Trey really intrigued me. His intelligence, independence, the way he caters to me and how hard he loves me, was just a fraction of why we fell in love. They say don't go looking for love, it will come to you and that's exactly what happen. When I least expected it there Trey was with those seductive eyes and charming smile, that' still makes me blush to this day. We both knew right away after many great conversations that opposites really attract, and we wanted to spend the rest of our lives together.

On the weekend of my 39th Birthday on that Monday night, Trey closed my Birthday out by proposing to me on stage at a club in the front of over 300 people. Tears of Joy as I stood there while he was on one knee. My eyes were blurry from the tears but all I knew was this was a dream come true that I have truly been waiting on all my life. No matter the gender, once you find true love, you know. It's a feeling that you only feel ONCE, and that feeling we will share for the rest of our LIVES....

Wow...wow..wow. I can't believe it's only been four years because I feel like I've known Tonya all my life. As most know I call my baby, "Tawnya" or my darling TSJ, my sweetheart, my baby, my Mrs. Everything. Yes we met four years ago and at first sight I knew she was special (even though she only said a few words to me). I was mezmerized by her eyes and then her smile. Tonya and I became close through exchanges of conversations. 

It was amazing how we meshed; how we were able to make each other laugh and the similar paths we shared. Tonya is an amazing woman and I knew within a few months I wanted her to be my wife and partner. I  showed Tonya through treating her like the queen and special person I saw. I also got my one and only tattoo of Tonya's name, 6 months into our relationship. Tonya makes me feel so alive. She ignites flames and feelings that makes anyone want to scream and tell the world.

I knew I was going to propose to Tonya. I went back and forth as to how I wanted to propose. I knew many love Tonya and would like to be apart of the special moment. I called our friends and invited them to one of Tonya's favortie clubs. I planned ahead a time with the show director and she incoporated our proposal. I was summoned to the stage, I thanked our friends for coming and then I called my baby on stage. On one knee I bent, read a poem and with ring in hand, I asked my darling to marry me. She was shocked and happy all in one. Of course she said yes and the rest is history.

Our love is pure, it's true and authentic. Our love is ours forever and ever.

Our wedding will take place at the Royal Lahaina Resort in Maui, Hawaii on Saturday June 23rd 2012 at 5:30 P.M. We decided to go away so we can have our wedding on an island, where it's romantic, intimate and also make it our honey moon. There will be a few friends in attendance for the wedding; however the reception will take place in Atlanta. So stay tuned for your invitations in the mail.

Bride: Elijah "My Hairstylist, and Brother", I look forward to you walking me down the aisle, you already think you are my other Man anyways lol. To my Matron of Honor Toni, I had no doubt you would be by my side on my Big Day and I love you for life, to Raquel, my little Sister, I love you to pieces and you will go to the extremes to make things happen. To Chyna, my SCO and Sister you have been ready to be apart of the wedding since I mentioned it, you are just as excited as I am, I love you much.

Groom: Xtreme my ride or die brother always a phone call away. I  appreciate the talks, laughs and multiple rehearsals (lol). Romance my brother from another mother. In one phone call we were able to click. I appreciate you for always keeping it real and true. Your talks and kind words always helps in ways you don't even realize. Jakari my laughing partner. Man you always know how to get me in trouble with the wifey and vice versa(lol). I know whenever we are together it will be fun and crazy. Thanks fellas for riding with me through this journey..I love ya'll for real.
